History

My childhood was spent living and growing up in many different parts of the UK. Our family moved around a lot as my father went from one job to another to better himself and support his ever growing family, a total of six siblings in all. Leaving school early as many did back then to assist in supporting the family, I did not finish my schooling and left without any form of certificates or diplomas.

At the age of 20 I married my childhood sweetheart. At the age of 21 I/we had our son and moved to the Netherlands. During my years in Holland I started to educate myself and eventually became certified in the many trades within engineering. I dabbled in inventing without any huge success, however, it did bring me in contact with the top echelons in the business world, which taught me a great deal.

I was always a leader and a top sportsman. In my younger years I was very physically involved. I reached the sub-top/top in both the sport and in organizing and promoting them. At some point I got very seriously into network marketing and had an organization all over the world. I did pretty well in some and not too well in others. One thing I did again appear to have was a talent for motivating my members and speaking to large audiences. During this period I also studied NLP and gave classes on it.
Starting in June of 1993 a series of tragedies was to start taking place in my life. The last and most painful was the death of my daughter Susanna. All in all, we had lost 7 very close friends and family members in the space of as many years. My life took a huge turn after the death of Susanna. After about two years of hiding my emotions in many bottles and sinking hugely into debt and at the point of suicide, a friend shared a book with me which he thought might help. That book literally saved my life. It was the Celestine Prophecies by James Redfield. It took about another six months after reading it for the first time until so many synchronicities lead me to read it again. This was in the summer of 1999.

Since then my has life changed so drastically that "I" hardly even recognize me. I read and absorbed all I could that was written by James. This lead me to become a Shambhala Master. With my talents I became a teacher of those wonderful energies, which I can only describe as magical. Through the sharing and teaching, I have received so many gifts. So many talents have again been re-activated.

I am now what is known as an open channel. I write articles for several magazines and am a public speaker again. Now I do it with a different passion. The life I lead is one of joy and enjoyment. I AM sharing it with all that are ready and willing to listen. I am blessed and honored in the work I now do.

I have had the privilege of meeting and working with many of the worlds leading writers/authors in spirituality, both on and offline.

I am currently in the middle of writing my first book. I believe the purpose of this first book is two fold. The way it is being written is to show that it is time to work together and not in competition with each other. It is also meant to be a source of information and guidelines through sharing my own experiences, which are given to offer the reader a point of recognition within themselves.

In 2002 I met Mary Pat Alexander as she came to me to experience the Shambhala energies, she was my first online Shambhala Master. Since then through business experiences together and then through the Online Spiritual Community we grew from being close friends to a point in which we discovered that we are twin souls or twin flames. There is a power and a magic in our working together that fails to be described by words. Those who have felt it immediately know there is something special about us and our work.

We have for some time now been embarking on a new journey, expanding from the ethereal (online) into the physical. We teach the Shambhala energies through workshops, yet our greatest passion of this moment is our Mastery classes. (3 in all ) See Brochure.

We know that together we have a powerful message to share which is meant to offer the choice of moving in an empowered knowing state towards what is perceived to be the end times. It is a task that we fulfill with all of our be-ing from the heart.

Mary Pat Alexander

Originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama I was raised on folk music, fried catfish and hush puppies, marching bands and football and just good ole Southern charm. I met my husband Jerry while in school at the University of Alabama where we both graduated. We have three grown children - two sons and a daughter - each discovering their dreams. Having lived from Cocoa Beach to Philly with a three year stay in Germany, we now find ourselves residing in Kansas. Each place we have lived has been very special and each move has left a part of us behind with special friendships as it has also meant that we have brought another part of all of these special experiences and friendships to our present home.

I have always loved helping others and in each move we have made thru our 31 years of marriage I have found my niche in volunteer positions within the school systems... even as an assistant marching band director! (That could only happen in Kansas) I have always enjoyed whatever I do... and spirituality has always been a part of all that I do. I just didn't put a label on my beliefs or sharing in reaching out to others.
Two years ago... a friend with a strange health issue changed my life. Thru our journey of discovering how to help her we found ourselves in the home of a Reiki master. Her face lit up when I walked in the door and before I left she informed me that I would be doing things I never would have dreamed I would ever do... and not to be overwhelmed... to just ride the waves. And that is what I have been doing ever since!

I asked her to teach a Reiki I class and quickly gathered a group of people interested to take the class. The week it was scheduled, I found myself in an internet conference room by the name of Awakening Spirits. By the Friday of that week I had my first Shambhala Reiki attunement... and yes, online! And so began my journey...

It was Ian Henderson from Holland that I met that day and as we continued our journey in sharing thru attunements and healing sessions in our internet conference rooms, we began to understand that there was even more we could do. We decided to focus not on the marketing opportunity of the conferencing system, but on the spiritual as that was where our hearts were. Having made the decision it seemed magical that people just started appearing to join us online! They came from all corners of the globe and we begin to understand the power of our intent together. Our online spiritual community was the first to use video/ voice internet conferencing. We facilitated a very special community - a concept that will continue on and expand and grow. Knowing that we were setting the foundation for many such communities we are very happy today to know that others have taken our example and are creating space for many more to come to share in their spiritual journey together.

Ian and I are now moving forward and co-creating another part of the vision. This part has to do with the concept of oneness. We see a world without competition, without fear, without judgment... it is now time to move into a world of co-creating joy, in loving who we are and what we are, knowing that we are truly all One Heart. As energy therapists, Ian and I are taking a bit of a different approach to energy healing as we explore merging our energy in all that we do. We call this the energy of the Twin Flame. Our energy is merged thru our intent... intent with the wisdom of our hearts. It is a very balanced energy and is felt by all present as different from the usual procedure of each individual working with energy. Our goal is to share this concept working in partnership with Spirit so that everyone may be able to work with energy in this way.
